Meet Dr. Sioda
Dr. Paul Sioda graduated from Clover Park High School. He was then accepted to the University of Washington with a Navy ROTC scholarship.
Upon completion of his military obligation, he moved to Omaha, Nebraska where he received his Doctorate of Dentistry from Creighton School of Dentistry. While at Creighton, he met and married his wife, Sylvia. They have two beautiful daughters together.
Dr. Sioda is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, Washington State Dental Society, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and received a fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Meet Our Team
Jenn
Office Manager
Jenn is the smiling face in our front office and Dr. Sioda's loyal right hand since 2000. She brings 30 years of dental experience to the table. Jenn handles all of the intricate details of Dr Sioda’s office administration. She is our insurance guru. She will happily answer any questions you have about your benefits and help establish payment arrangements for all dental treatment. Jenn also handles scheduling, accounting, inter-office communications, referrals, and recall. Her job is never done! When Jenn is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, barbequing, clam digging at the ocean, and cheering on her favorite Seattle Seahawks.
Megan
Dental Assistant
Megan joined our clinical team in 2015 and is known for her positive attitude. She always makes sure patients feel relaxed, informed, and comfortable during their visits.
Megan takes time to explain each procedure clearly and is happy to answer any questions patients may have, which helps them feel more at ease and confident about their care.
She assists Dr. Sioda with restorative care and prepares patients for routine appointments, and her friendly nature is a big part of our practice.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys time with her fiancé, family, and two daughters. She also loves cars, especially anything fast and loud.
Claudia
Dental Hygienist
Claudia has more than 35 years of experience and brings great skill to our hygiene team.
She provides gentle dental cleanings, thorough exams, and preventive services like fluoride treatments. Claudia cares about helping patients keep their smiles healthy with personal oral health tips, making every visit supportive and comfortable.
When she's not at the office, Claudia likes spending time with family and friends, quilting, gardening, and cheering for the Seattle Mariners and Seahawks.

Tiffany helps patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles through gentle, thorough preventive care.
As a registered dental hygienist, she provides personalized oral health education and comfortable cleanings, making sure every patient feels at ease when they visit our Tacoma office.
Suzette
Dental Assistant
Suzette works with Dr. Sioda to provide caring, high-quality treatment for every patient.
Her friendly approach and attention to detail help create a calm, welcoming space, so patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.

Nora enjoys helping patients have a stress-free dental visit.
She assists with routine procedures and prepares patients for restorative care, always using a gentle touch and supportive attitude to make each visit smooth and comfortable.
