Meet Dr. Sioda
Dr. Paul Sioda graduated from Clover Park High School. He was then accepted to the University of Washington with a Navy ROTC scholarship.
Upon completion of his military obligation, he moved to Omaha, Nebraska where he received his Doctorate of Dentistry from Creighton School of Dentistry. While at Creighton, he met and married his wife, Sylvia. They have two beautiful daughters together.
Dr. Sioda is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, Washington State Dental Society, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and received a fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Meet Our Team
Jenn
Office Manager
Jenn has been Dr. Sioda’s right hand since 2000 and brings more than 30 years of dental experience to the practice. As our Office Manager and insurance expert, she helps keep the office running smoothly while assisting patients with their insurance benefits, treatment planning, scheduling, and financial arrangements. Her knowledge, experience, and friendly approach help make navigating dental care a little easier for our patients.

Outside the office, Jenn enjoys spending time with family and friends, barbecuing, clam digging at the ocean, and cheering on her favorite team, the Seattle Seahawks.
Megan
Clinical/Administrative Dental Assistant
Megan joined our team in 2015 and enjoys helping patients both in the treatment room and at the front office. From assisting Dr. Sioda with restorative care to helping patients navigate insurance and treatment questions, her friendly, down-to-earth approach helps patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.

Outside the office, Megan enjoys spending time with her fiancé and three children, being outdoors, family adventures, and anything with a little horsepower.
Claudia
Dental Hygienist
Claudia brings more than 35 years of dental experience to our hygiene team. She is passionate about helping patients maintain healthy smiles and takes pride in providing gentle, thorough care. Her kind and reassuring approach helps patients feel comfortable while giving them the knowledge and tools they need to care for their smiles at home.

Outside the office, Claudia enjoys spending time with family and friends, quilting, gardening, and cheering on the Seattle Mariners and Seahawks.
Tiffany
Dental Hygienist
Tiffany helps patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles through gentle, thorough preventive care.
As a registered dental hygienist, she provides personalized oral health education and comfortable cleanings, making sure every patient feels at ease when they visit our Tacoma office.
Lily
Dental Hygienist
Lily helps patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles through gentle, thorough preventive care.

Suzette
Dental Assistant
Suzette works alongside Dr. Sioda to provide caring, high-quality treatment for every patient. Her friendly approach and attention to detail help create a calm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit.

Outside the office, Suzette enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, getting lost in a good book, and cheering on the Seahawks. She also loves escaping to her home in Westport and enjoying time at the coast.
Nora
Dental Assistant
Nora enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their dental visits. She assists with routine procedures and restorative care, providing gentle, attentive support every step of the way. Her friendly and caring approach helps create a positive, stress-free experience for each patient.

Outside the office, Nora loves spending time outdoors and is always up for an adventure. She especially enjoys fishing and crabbing and is currently keeping busy renovating a home with her fiancé.
